Selective Demolition
At DML Construction Services we thoroughly plan our demolition activities to coordinate with other trades, minimize disruptions, anticipate problems and offer solutions to efficiently perform our work. DML can professionally complete your selective demolition work from extensive hospital renovation projects to simple interior demolition. Our extensive experience working in hospitals has given us the knowledge of what it takes to work in an environment that requires dust control, hepa-filtered vacuums and air filtration equipment required to keep and maintain a clean, contaminated-free atmosphere.
To ensure a safe jobsite, DML employees go through and extensive training program that consists of 400 training hours and 4,000 on the job training hours provided by local labor unions. All journeyman laborers are required to have 10-hour OSHA and First Aid/CPR training. All journeyman laborers are also required to take 8 hours of upgrade training every year. Our demolition services cover a wide range of activities and include, but not limited to, removal of drywall partitions, masonry walls, cutting in new openings in drywall/masonry walls, ceilings, doors and hardware, all types of flooring, millwork and saw cutting and removal of concrete floor slabs for under-slab plumbing and electrical work. We can also provide temporary partitions and dust control as necessary.
